The Protector Plus Voice
Dialer Security System is Smarthome's
most popular security system. It's
the perfect security system for the person that wants to have
three way protection (flashing lights, screaming siren, and
monitoring . When an alarm is triggered, the Protector Plus
System will sound a built-in 85dB siren, optional extra-loud
sirens inside or outside, flash lights and also call
up to four telephone numbers. It then plays a message that
you record and allows the person receiving the call to listen
in. The system will continue dialing until the person receiving
the call enters 0. (In the recording you should say something
like "This is Mr. Santosh Sreenath’s security system
at 23214568, there has been a security alert, please
press 0 to acknowledge and listen in".) Answering machines
will not fool it.
The Protector Plus Voice Dialer
Security System can be armed in instant/delay, home/away
modes. In home mode, motion detectors are disabled while door/window
sensors are armed. This allows you to walk around the house
yet have your doors and windows protected from entry. Add
up to 8 different security-coded remotes (either handheld
or keychain) to the system, one for every member of the family.
Easy installation without tools or wiring!
Simply plug it in. All the sensors are completely wireless
and security coded. This security system monitors up to 16
supervised sensors (supervised means that the console expects
the sensor to send a confirmation signal every 90 minutes.
If it doesn't get the signal, it knows that something is wrong).
You can use any combination of door/window,
motion detector, glassbreak, loud noise/smoke detector sensors
you want. The status of each sensor is displayed by the LEDs
on the console. If the LED is OFF, the sensor is OK. If it
is ON the sensor has been tripped. If it is FLASHING then
the sensor battery is low or the sensor has been tampered
with. The LEDs work even when the system is disarmed so you
can see what is going on in the various zones of your house.

RED "emergency buttons" are extremely important! They
serve each member of your family all over the home.
Simply place BIG REDs in the rooms you most frequent. In an
emergency, push the BIG RED button, holding it down for 4
seconds. It will send a RF (radio frequency) signal to the
main console, which will trigger an alarm -- the lights
flash, the siren sounds, and it calls ORCA's monitoring station
for emergency help (if you have an Monitored system).
